**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Gewährleistung des reibungslosen Betriebs der Applikationen und Übernahme des 2nd-Level-Supports
- Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen internen Kunden und Lieferanten
- Analyse und Behebung von applikatorischen Störungen und Fehlern sowie Bereitstellung von Umgehungslösungen
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung von System
- und Anwenderdokumentationen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Prozessen und Richtlinien

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker/-in oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung
- Berufserfahrung als Applikationsmanager
- Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Dienstleistungsorientierung, gewissenhafter und zuverlässiger Arbeitsweise
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu verstehen
