To strengthen our Digital Workplace team in Zürich we are looking for a Technical Architect (M/F/d)

Tasks
- Contribute to creating new portfolio offerings and/or products and providing modern solutions to customer customer specifications, as well as mapping these to the Atos portfolio (e.g., VMWare one, Office 365, Azure, Citrix, Bold360, etc.).
- Planning and documentation of technical migration scenarios
- Support in individual and complex (pre-sales) consulting in all questions of our digital offerings from internal and external customers.
- Contribute on creating new portfolio offerings and/or products and providing modern solutions to customer RFP/RFQs.
- Shape end-to-end solutions and solution architectures around Microsoft 365 & digital workplace solutions, including estimation and solution planning.
- Facilitate discussion and resolution between diverse groups of stakeholders across the enterprise, with the sole objective of ensuring a consistent approach to the execution of the digital workplace strategy
- Translate business requirements into high-level design and low-level component designs
- Ensuring solutions and designs carry out to the Atos standards and policies wherever possible, raising exceptions as vital.

**Requirements**:

- Expertise in at least two of the following technologies: VMware One, Citrix, Microsoft Azure /O365.
- Experience with ITIL is mandatory, and experience with Agile and Frameworks is desirable.
- Hard won experience of deploying Microsoft solutions, being able to identify pain points and lessons learned when designing solutions and providing guidance to others.
- Previous work experience in a similar role for at least 5 years.
- Significant experience with digital workplace transformation including modern device management such as Microsoft and VMWare UEM platforms (Microsoft Intune/EMS, VMWare Workspace One/AirWatch/Horizon), intelligent contact center services including virtual interaction, chatbots and ML, and user experience automation technologies. Knowledge of Bold360 and Nexthink is helpful.
- Languages: English. German and French are a plus.
