**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du übernimmst die Führungsverantwortung und bist die Anlaufstelle für das Trading Article Planning Team an verschiedenen Standorten in der Schweiz, inklusive der persönlichen Entwicklung der Teammitglieder.
- Deine Aufgabe ist es, die Produkteverfügbarkeit in allen Depots und über das gesamte Portfolio sicherzustellen und die operative Beschaffung zu leiten.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Portfolio Team definierst du das Sortiment, kümmerst dich um Ein
- und Auslistungen sowie die ABC-Analyse.
- Du erstellst KPI-Reports wie OOS, Obsoletes und leitest daraus Verbesserungsvorschläge ab.
- Die Entwicklung von Aktionsvorschlägen für das Planungsteam unter Berücksichtigung verschiedener Einflussfaktoren gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
- Als erster Ansprechpartner bist du zuständig für Prozessverbesserungen und erarbeitest Lösungsansätze für interne und externe Stakeholder.

**Deine Skills**:

- Du bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung mit.
- Mit 3-5 Jahren Erfahrung in der Material-/Produktplanung (vorzugsweise in FMCG) oder einer ähnlichen Position kennst du dich aus.
- Erste Führungserfahrung ist erforderlich.
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Verständnis für E2E Supply Chain Prozesse.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Planungstools und SAP sind für dich selbstverständlich.
- Du sprichst Deutsch fliessend und verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Mit einer sorgfältigen Arbeitsweise, klarer Entscheidungskraft und analytischen Fähigkeiten überzeugst du.
- Deine Kommunikationsstärke und Offenheit für Veränderungen sind deine Stärken.
