**Job Description**:
The UX/UI Designer will have an active role in defining and shaping the user experience of our client-facing products. You will work closely with product owners, business analysts, and software engineers to build tools that will set the new standard for the ESG data industry. You will actively participate in different stages of product development, from initial ideation to maintaining the design standards of existing features.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Work closely with product owners and front-end developers to translate software requirements and user stories into implementable design
- Support the Product team in requirement development by preparing UI mock-ups and prototypes
- Define and maintain the user experience of new and existing product capabilities
Identify and troubleshoot UI and UX related problems and offer sophisticated solutions
- Communicate your design vision efferently to different stakeholder groups

Qualifications**
You Bring**
- Work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in a software development project
- A portfolio of design projects that demonstrate this experience
- Understanding the technical implications of your design decisions
- Comfortable owning the look and feel of a software product.
- Willingness to work in a rapidly changing environment while maintaining the quality of your work
- Clean design sense and a good eye for details
- Proficient with common design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
- Self-motivated team player with strong communications skills and the will to work in a multicultural environment
- Fluent in English
**Nice to have**
- Other languages
- Data visualization experience
- You have experience with Web Accessibility Standards
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Affinity for analytics and data-driven design
- Experience with Storybook
