Front Risk Management (FRM) is part of the 1st Line of Defence (1LoD) function within the new division Client Strategy & Experience.

To strengthen our FRM Intermediaries Risk & Control Management team in Switzerland, we are looking for a career starter / Junior Front Risk Manager who supports the team on various risk-related matters in the context of the bank’s Intermediaries business.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Execute Intermediaries Controls (data request and assessment, preparation, initiate, controlling of execution and reporting). Derive and implement remediating measures
- Support the team in designing, maintaining and enhancing the global Intermediaries risk management and control framework (policies, controls, guidelines) across all risk types and be a strong ambassador of compliance with such
- Collaborate with the front office, advising, managing and mitigating various risk elements, processes and procedures related to Intermediaries topics
- Act as interface for all risk-related topics between the Front and the 2nd and 3rd Line of Defense
- Support the data & tools owner within the team in establishing reports, calculations and dashboards for the Intermediaries Business
- Contribute on project specific tasks in close collaboration with respective project managers
- Remediate potential audit findings including the preparation of comprehensive closure documentation and implement solutions customized for the Intermediaries business
- Design and present risk training and awareness campaigns to the Intermediaries front

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Completed commercial apprenticeship or university degree or equivalent (preferably in economics, law, business administration or any other related field) OR at least two years’ work experience in Audit, Risk Management or Compliance in the area of private banking and / or Intermediaries business, Consulting or in a similar function
- Fluent in English; other languages (e.g. German, French or Spanish) are a plus
- Accurate, reliable, capable of working proactively and independently.
- Resilient team player, working independently, efficiently and accurately; solution and customer-oriented
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
