**RMSC Portfolio and Project Manager**

**PURPOSE**:
Report RMSC specific KPI and build perspectives on the activity health and status of the post launch and non product development/innovation activities to help decision making. Enhance digital reliability and ownership of operational data to make strategic decision. Support RMSC LT in understanding their performances Support and review the RMSC KPI to ensure RMSC appropriately referenced in FtW, resourced. Partner with other global functions to ensure smooth interface, provide analysis around key data, foster greater collaboration, identify solutions.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide operational support to ensure visibility of operational data to enable strategic decision. Including but not limited to: resource plan and post launch metrics.
- Ensure all RMSC functional projects are visible, tracked and followed through. i.e. Gameplan, FTW 2.0.
- Understand, track and report global RMSC metrics (incl divisional Trust & Science performance metrics).
- Identify best practices across RMSC, share and help to identify and support best practices ensure consistency in approach, shared tools and systems.
- Project manage Special Projects, Initiatives

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Degree in the science field, desired but not mandatory with relevant professional or academic experience with at least 1-2 years within science functions or project management in consumer health, pharma or fast moving consumer goods.
- Ability to collaborate and work in an environment where many partners/contacts are peers or senior leaders.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, good ability to communicate at all levels in the organization.
- Incumbent must embrace change and be able to work in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to be able to identify themes and trends from varied sources to make clear conclusions and recommendations.
- Excellent digital awareness to understand how to incorporate digital into the day to day operational excellence across the teams.
- Capability of integrating observations and conclusions into a broader context.
- Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken.
