**Your main tasks**:

- Be a part in developing of cutting-edge, connected SmartDevices like the SmartPilot, YpsoDose and more
- As Scrum Master of an embedded software team you are responsible to continuously improve the effectiveness of your team
- You actively coach your team in agile values and principles and accompany them on their way to excellence
- Together with the team, you address and help resolve impediments
- You take up topics in the context of DevOps and implement possible solutions
- Together with the product owner, you act as an ambassador for the agile mindset within the company
- Actively shape your work environment and take responsibility

**Your profile**:

- You are an expert in Agile values, principles and frameworks
- You enjoy working with people and acting as a coach and mentor
- Motivated to continuously develop and learn new methodes and technologies
- Completed studies in the field of computer science/electrical engineering or comparable education/training
- Familiar with working in a regulated environment (MDR, IEC 62304).
- Ideal toolbox: Azure DevOps, DoorsNG, UML, C/(C++), Python
- Very good English skills, German is a benefit (team language is English, corporate language is mainly German)
