In order to support and complete our finance team, this transversal position has been specially designed for a solution-oriented self-starter who likes to take up challenges. Reporting to the Head of Finance of the Manufacture Roger Dubuis entity, this role will contribute to the overall Finance function by providing support to the financial processes of the entity. The Finance function operates in a way that supports the business teams in their activity and decision-making. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**: **1/ Closing** - Follow up of the closing tasks - Carry out various control operations - Train SAP users / Key user SAP Procurement - Coordinate accounting activities in connection with Fribourg - Participate in the continuous improvement of the accounting closing process **2/ Internal Controls** - Animate & follow the evaluation of the Internal Control System according to Group requirements - Control the proper implementation of action plans - Document controls in the Group tool - Develop & communicate policies & procedures, instructions for the needs of internal control and the various teams **3/ Product Trade Compliance** - Ensure "Product and Trade Compliance" governance according to the Group's methodology - Implement Group directives - Train stakeholders **PROFILE** **Degree** Master’s degree in finance **Language** Ability to work and communicate in French and English **Experience** 3-5 years of experience in Finance **Skills** Curiosity and enthusiastic Flexible and agile, able to manage multiple priorities Results oriented Capacity to work in project mode, convincing team player Excellent working knowledge of office tools (Excel, Powerpoint) and SAP FI/CO
