Global Business Excellence Manager

We are looking for a Global Business Excellence Manager to strengthen our team at the headquarters in Basel, Switzerland. The Global Business Excellence Manager provides insights of our business processes through analysis using process mining / data visualization tools and drives related improvement projects. You will accurately analyze and monitor our business processes to spot inefficiencies, deviations and bottlenecks. You will engage with business leaders and users to understand how your suggested process changes reduce inefficiencies, add value and support the digital transformation journey within the Straumann Group. To succeed in this role, you should have an analytical mindset, be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users and the ability to drive change across a global organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identifying hidden inefficiencies / improvement opportunities by deep-diving into business processes (using process mining technologies e.g. Celonis)
- Executing advanced analyses that support data-driven decision-making and process automation
- Improving and standardizing global processes by defining tangible actions and coordinating their implementation in close collaboration with global business stakeholders
- Providing support for the development of solutions in our SAP systems
- Designing reports to measures the success of the implemented process improvements
- Participating in the development of dashboards to support efficient daily business execution and guarantee process improvement sustainability

**Profile**:

- Master’s Degree in engineering, business, sciences or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with process optimization and data analysis
- Affinity to work with process mining and analysis tools
- Data-driven mindset and passionate about processes and technology
- Experience with SAP ERP Modules SD/MM, PP, P2P, FI etc.
- Good problem solving-skills with the ability to break challenges into segments, determine root causes of anomalies and derive pragmatic solutions
- Excellent project management skills
- Very good communication skills
- Success-oriented, self-motivated, and ready to take on responsibility
- Team player with open, positive attitude and respect for others and a strong customer focus
- Business fluent in English, German and any further language is an asset
