Process Control Inspector

Our Production Organization are supported by modern shops (Sheet Metal, Cabinet, Electro, Upholstery, Finishing, Composite and Ceiling Shops which produces all needed components, lightweight interior furniture, structural parts such as brackets and decorative elements, harness wires loom with connection plugs, upholstered seats, divans and decors panels, plaited inlays that help us creates lightweight furniture that is as functional as it is beautiful. Our staff has been highly trained in the fine arts and has the advanced skills to do their work. It is important to us that the details of the work are exactly the way our customers want them, in accordance with Engineering data and regulation. In order to achieve that high level of customization and quality as a Production Conformity & Inspection Inspector you will check if parts, furniture, finish surfaces, Seats and Divans are at expected level of quality and conformity. You will work and start your checks of components, furniture from the 3D model to the final exquisite VIP Interior Cabin.
- Description/Tasks:

- Production Conformity Inspector Level 1 conducts final product conformity inspections and issues product certification documents namely Internal Statement of Conformity
- Production Conformity Inspector Level 1 supports Production departments to coordinate and resolve issues appropriately as required
- Uses his/her comprehensive knowledge and experience to advise and support team members with respect to technical queries/issues related to specific manufacturing task queries
- Works actively and in good intelligence within the Production Organization Team, Final Assembly Team, Engineering Organization, Supply Chain Management Organization and Quality Department.
- Performs conformity inspections for all parts ready to install to aircraft furniture
- Carry out product conformity/Quality and Cosmetic Inspection and follow-up defect list
- Leads Production Non-Conformity Review Board and handle production non-conformity
- Issues Internal Statement of Conformity
- Supports Supply Chain Management for in-house conformity /quality inspections of subcontracted/contracted production
- Carry out First Article Inspection at the Supplier’s site
- Assists Production Organization Technicians to Jet Aviation procedures, technical instructions, and aviation regulations
- Works with supervisor to develop and implement technical process improvements that increase safety, reduce cost and cycle time
- Maintains a clean and safe work area (5S) and adheres to all safety and environmental while adhering to regulations and
- requirements
- Demonstrates capability to learn other disciplines and skills
- Actively contributes, promotes, and participates in continuous improvement actions/projects
- Supports Lean Manufacturing
- Adhere to all EHS policy and procedures
- Report EHS hazards, incidents and injuries. Be familiar with emergency instructions
- Comply with the EHS rules (work instructions, personal protective equipment.)
- Qualification/Experience:

- Knowledge in reading & understanding 3D Models & 2D manufacturing drawing and Assemblies
- Experience in a similar aspect of aviation completion business
- Familiar with aviation authorities (Procedures and processes)
- Knowledge and understanding of Jet Aviation’s internal documentation
- Knowledge how to conform parts versus DOA documents
- Knowledge how to conform for 16G seats (OEM TSO) conformity under P21G
- Comprehensive understanding with Part 145, P21J and Part 21G regulations
- Provides support to all technicians
- Supports Production Organization for conformity matters
- Technical apprenticeship with appropriate educational qualifications
- Or High School Technical diploma or equivalent
- Good technical experience (Master) or equivalent experience in a Production Organization
- Personal drive and self-motivated

- Computer skills in Microsoft Applications
- Software skills Smarteam, Catia V5 (Viewer), Fanuk language
- Good English, German and / or French an advantage
