**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the shipping industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market.
- Negotiate and finalize chartering contracts and agreements.
- Provide market insights and analysis to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams across our global offices to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage post-fixture activities and ensure compliance with contract terms.
**Profile**:
- 3-5 years in shipbroking, with a proven track record of working with own clientele.
- Experience in handling Panamax vessels is highly desirable.
- However, opportunities are also available for brokers specializing in Supramax, Capesize, and Handymax vessels.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, ability to analyze market trends, and a proactive approach to business development.
- Active in grains market is a plus.
