Ihre Aufgaben
- Eigenständige Betreuung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung der operativen Schweizer Gesellschaft
- Unterstützung bei Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüsse nach OR
- Termingerechte Erstellung und Einreichung der Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen
- Unterstützung des Senior Financial Accountants bei der Jahresabschlussprüfung
- Erstellung der konzerninternen Rechnungen
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der Finanzprozesse und Systeme
- Mitwirkung an vielseitigen und spannenden Projekten im Finanzbereich

Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit mindestens 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung; eine Weiterbildung, z.B. als Sachbearbeiter/in Rechnungswesen, ist von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse in gängiger Buchhaltungssoftware wie Abacus, Sage oder Business Central
- Freude an der Arbeit in einer dynamischen Umgebung sowie die Fähigkeit, bei vielfältigen Aufgaben den Überblick zu behalten
- Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und schnelle Auffassungsgabe für Zusammenhänge
- Gewissenhafte, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit, sowohl selbstständig als auch im Team effizient zu arbeiten
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C2) sowie Englischkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau
