- **Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Herstellung von Pharmawirkstoffen bis in den Multi-Kilogrammbereich
- Sie bedienen Produktionsanlagen (10 bis 630 L) und sind auch für deren Reinigung zuständig
- Führung, Betreuung und Einsatzplanung Ihres Schichtteams (5 Mitarbeitende)
- Sie führen im Rahmen von Pilotierungen sowie kommerziellen Prozessen eigenständig chemische Grundoperationen wie z.B. Destillationen, Extraktionen und Kristallisationen durch
- Hinzu kommt die GMP-konforme Dokumentation und das Buchen der verwendeten Materialien in SAP
- Weiterbildung des Personals
- Kontrolle und termingerechte Übergabe der Herstelldokumentation
- Vorbildfunktion in Bezug auf Ordnung, Sauberkeit, Sicherheit und Dokumentation im Produktionsbereich des Standortes
- Umsetzung von Massnahmen zur Einhaltung von cGMP und der Arbeitssicherheit
- Zeitnahe Information der jeweiligen Ansprechpartner (Projektleiter, Meister, Produktionschemiker, ES&H) bei Problemen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemie
- und Pharmatechnologe EFZ, als Chemie
- und Pharmapraktiker EBA oder als Chemikant
- Sie bringen idealerweise Erfahrung in der Pilotierung von chemischen Herstellverfahren mit
- Sie sind zuverlässig und schätzen es Aufgaben exakt zu erledigen
- Sie haben ein hohes Mass an Sozialkompetenz
- Sie organisieren Ihre Arbeit selbständig und effizient
- Gute Teamarbeit ist Ihnen wichtig
- Erfahrung in Mitarbeiterführung
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
