We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales operations by handling customer correspondence, sending offers and invoices, and ensuring timely follow-up. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing sales documentation and data sheets to assist our sales representatives. If you are a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and possess both an apprenticeship and work experience, we encourage you to apply.

Tasks

**Main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Engage in prompt and professional customer correspondence to address inquiries and provide product information.
- Prepare and send out offers and invoices to clients with accuracy and efficiency.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to gather feedback on products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales documentation, presentations, and data sheets.
- Assist in maintaining customer databases and updating relevant sales records.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Completed apprenticeship (KV Lehre) or vocational training in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated work experience in a sales support or administrative role is advantageous.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and German.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
