Due to our strong growth, we are looking for a Development Project Manager (M/F/d) on a 100% basis for our Swiss headquarters in the greater Zurich area. Tasks **What you can expect with us**: - You conduct initial site visits to identify any key risks with potential acquisition targets and refurbishments and acquire the necessary technical information - You facilitate the acquisition of any relevant survey information through liaising with landlords and external 3rd parties - You work closely with the Senior Development Manager and Acquisitions team - You maintain engagement and have an active relationships with our main contractors and suppliers and highlight any local supply chain issues - You monitor the on-site progress through frequent site visits, providing concise and clear weekly updates, including highlighting any risks to delivering on time, to the relevant internal stakeholders - You ensure that health, safety and other ESG principles are being adhered and implement corrective actions where appropriate - You cooperate with the Architect(s), monitor compliance with our design requirements including technical elements and highlight non-compliance to the relevant internal and external stakeholders - You represent the Development function internally and being an ambassador for PureGym externally **Requirements**: **What the ideal profil looks like**: - You hold ideally a professional qualification/degree level in the areas of construction project management, quantity surveying, architecture or similar - You have previous experience in managing multiple real estate construction projects, ideally in the leisure, retail or hospitality sectors - You are fluent in English; German or French would be a plus - You are able to prioritise and achieve critical milestones, developing creative approaches to overcome risks - You are experienced in relationship building and performance management of third party vendors/consultants - You are process-oriented, proactive, responsible and a true team player **Benefits**: **hat we offer**: - We offer exciting development and participation opportunities in a rapidly growing area of an international group of companies - We are a young, international and dynamic team with a "can-do attitude" - We have a modern office in the greater Zurich area - We offer flexible working hours and home office options - We offer a variety of employee benefits such as free training in all fitness studios or discounts on our product range - We grant 25 days of vacation on a 100% basis - We guarantee a competitive salary
