As a Junior Structured Products Trader within our Flow & Derivatives Trading Desk, you will play a pivotal role in managing the interest coming from our Origination teams, with a specific focus on our flow activities in power and gas trading for German counterparties. This position offers proactive engagement with energy markets, providing an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about both the analytical and commercial aspects of trading.

Your accountabilities
- Pricing: Utilize and develop available pricing tools and market inputs to manage deal flow mainly from German counterparties
- Trading Management: Manage trading positions with a primary focus on standard products in power and gas
- Trading Strategy: Develop and propose trading ideas, expressing market views through trading strategies
- Collaboration: Engage in projects within Structured Energy Management and contribute to the ongoing business development efforts of the team
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of relevant market developments and trends, providing insights and recommendations to make trading decisions

**Your profile**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering
- Previous experience preferably in energy or financial markets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify and pursue trading opportunities
- Fluency in English; additional language skills, particularly in German, are a plus
