We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Real Estate Advisory team in Lausanne.
You’ll get to:
- support transaction managers in their daily activities, including the preparation, review, and organization of professional sales documentation in accordance with UBS standards
- identify real estate opportunities in collaboration with client advisors
- conduct comprehensive and in-depth market research, analysis, and valuation to aid in decision-making and deal structuring
- meet with clients to provide tailored real estate recommendations for all asset types and throughout the entire real estate life cycle
- execute a structured sales process, including preparation and structuring, marketing, due diligence, negotiations, and closing
- assist the team by scheduling meetings, contacting clients and investors, drafting and preparing various documents, and organizing files
- develop and build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
**Your team**
- At UBS Real Estate Advisory, we are one of Switzerland’s leading real estate advisory teams, renowned for its local expertise in serving both private and institutional clients in Real Estate M&A, Real Estate Structured Finance and Real Estate Consulting. Our experienced and interdisciplinary transaction team comprises 18 dedicated professionals, coming from different backgrounds, based in Zurich, Lausanne, and Geneva. In this role, you will oversee projects throughout French-speaking Switzerland, operating primarily from our Lausanne office.
**Your expertise**
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- is perfectly fluent in French and advanced level of English
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication and writing skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
- has a previous experience or strong interest in the real estate industry
**Your program**
- This paid internship will last three to six months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
