Dans nos magasins, nous fournissons chaque jour à des centaines de clients les nouveaux produits qu'ils ont commandés. Nous les informons sur les différents produits, et les assistons dans le retour de leurs commandes pour différentes raisons.

Pour soutenir notre boutique de Lausanne, nous recherchons de suite ou à convenir un(e) spécialiste énergique, flexible et engagé(e).

**Aufgaben**:

- Tu t'occupes de nos clients lors du retrait ou de la commande de nouvelles marchandises et du retour de produits défectueux ou inadaptés.
- Tu conseilles nos clients lors de l'achat de nos produits dans tous les domaines.
- Tu es également responsable de la saisie des commandes et du traitement des commandes des clients.
- En outre, tu soutiens l'équipe dans toutes les tâches à effectuer dans le magasin, comme le réapprovisionnement de notre stock, l'entretien du show-room et le traitement des transferts de marchandises quotidiens.
- Tu travailles également en coulisses dans le service à la clientèle et tu gères les demandes des clients.

**Anforderungen**:

- Au moins deux ans d'expérience professionnelle, de préférence dans le secteur de la vente au détail.
- Tu as des connaissances approfondies et étendues, ainsi que des affinités dans les domaines de l'informatique et de l'électronique grand public.
- Tu as un grand intérêt pour notre gamme de produits, une grande résistance au stress et une grande flexibilité ainsi que de la motivation et de la disponibilité, ce qui implique aussi de pouvoir travailler le samedi.
- Un contact prévenant et professionnel avec nos clients en français courant, toute autre langue, en particulier l'anglais, serait un avantage.
