- In our Early Kindergarten group, we accompany children through the most sensitive years of early childhood. Our approach focuses on emotional security, individual development, and a strong, trusting bond between educators and children.

**Your Responsibilities**- Loving, professional care for infants and toddlers (from 6 months to 2 years)
- Creating a developmentally supportive daily routine tailored to the needs of the youngest children
- Building stable bonds and establishing rituals that provide safety and orientation
- Designing age-appropriate sensory and movement activities based on our _EarlySteps_ curriculum
- Observing and documenting developmental milestones
- Sensitive, open communication and partnership with parents-
- **Your Profile**- Recognized qualification as Early Childhood Educator
- Additional training or experience in early childhood development is an advantage
- German as a native language and good command of English
- High level of empathy, patience, and sense of responsibility
- Genuine enthusiasm for supporting early childhood development in a professional, research-informed way-
