**Was ist meine Funktion?**

Als Leiter Umwelt übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Umweltstrategie. In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für:

- Die Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des betrieblichen Umweltmanagements
- Die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller umweltrelevanten Vorschriften und Standards
- Die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Umweltschutzmassnahmen
- Die Führung und Motivation eines engagierten Teams
- Die Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden und externen Partnern
- Das Monitoring und die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Umweltleistung

**Was brauche ich, um erfolgreich zu sein?**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Umwelttechnik, Umweltwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umweltmanagement, idealerweise in einer Führungsposition
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Umweltgesetzgebung und -standards
- Ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sicheres Auftreten
- Deutsch fliessend in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse
