Role Purpose

Create and coordinate the analysis of governance and regulatory compliance practices and mandatory legal requirements to identify and/or update what is legally required for GREF in each country but also the trends and themes regarding compliance and governance risks for corporate offices, at global level, in collaboration with relevant teams, including Amazon Legal and Public Policy teams

Contribute to the development of appropriate governance structures to support objectives, with a focus on identifying, monitoring, and managing regulatory risks, in collaboration with Amazon Legal

Lead implementation of governance and regulatory compliance enhancement opportunities across the globe, to comply with legal regulations, corporate governance, business process management risks/controls, standardization and certifications (including, ISO), with a focus on ensuring consistency of our practices for our corporate offices, at global level

Help to develop governance and regulatory compliance relevant KPIs, monitor, analyze and present KPI progress, in collaboration with relevant internal teams, directly to GREF Senior Leadership

Ensure a strong and efficient collaboration between all GREF service lines and local teams, across the globe, but also with other similar functions within Amazon to ensure consistency
