Head of Corporate Strategy and M&A
**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:
- To excel in this role, you will bring the following qualification and experience:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field, e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering
- 7+ years of relevant work experience, e.g. in corporate strategy, competitive and/or market intelligence or strategy consulting
- Experience in economic, market and competitive analyses and/or commercial due diligence a strong plus
- Proven ability to quickly solve complex problems in a pragmatic manner, incl. framing/planning, synthesis, and communication
- Experience in engaging and working with senior management, and skills to convince senior leaders in an insightful manner
- Ability to effectively guide and leverage large stakeholder networks across different levels, functions, and countries without formal reporting relationships,
- Proactively prioritize and make tradeoffs in a semi-quantitative environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Good understanding of industrial space and ABB’s markets
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, international and increasingly digital work environment
