**Job description**:

- Define and implement best in class standards and solutions for Learning and Development and drive innovation and learning across functions and regions, globally for ST Microelectronics. This is to ensure the right capabilities are available today and tomorrow, in line with the strategic objectives of the company. This position will report into Head of Global End to End talent CoE and engage with a wide group of stakeholders including; Group HR Business Partners, Business /Functional Leaders and Corporate/Regional learning teams to ensure alignment with ST strategies, guardrails and best practices
- Understanding of business performance drivers; ability to credibly discuss business strategy, measurement and KPIs with business leaders.- Actively shape learning mission of the organization, design and also guide others to design (new) learning content according to the learning mission of the organization.
- Proactively identify learning and development needs based on business requirements in partnership with the HRBP and translate into actionable learning interventions, reporting experiences and learnings to the Talent COE
- Actively shape learning methods and processes considering future organizational and individual needs. Lead and oversee the administration of learning interventions end-to-end.
- Ability to approach and differentiate between different meanings and perspectives of DEI in order to integrate these properly in organizational learning processes.
- Have a broad knowledge of the effective talent management strategy, understand talents and the impact they can achieve in the different roles in to ensure L&D works collaboratively with the Talent Management CoE creating seamless integration of the two streams.
- Create and further develop learning content/courses (including digital), operate various digital learning tools and shape implementation of new learning content/tools to enhance learning experience within the organization, including creating measures of ROI/KPI for the solutions.
- Lead the people and activities of the L&D CoE from the front according to and role modelling the ST Microelectronics leadership behaviours

Different locations are possible : France, Italy, Switzerland.

**Profile**:

- Previous experience leading a global L&D team at a senior level with demonstrable impact on the organisational learning agenda
- Experience consulting and advising business leaders on the learning and development agenda from a position of deep knowledge and expertise
- Expertise in defining and shaping learning strategy across functions and geographies to meet the current and future needs of matrixed organizations
- Resilience and ability to work with ambiguity and changing set of circumstances and issues
- Excellent relationship building ability across stakeholders with a collaborative approach.
- Self-driven, energetic, enthusiastic and inclusive; inspiring the team and global stakeholders to participative action in learning
- Highly autonomous with the ability to adapt to challenging and changing organizational situations in order to make fast and thoughtful decisions with the best outcome
- Express fluently and spontaneously in English. Use language flexibly and effectively for all purposes in the working environment
- Master’s Degree, Certified Learning & Development professional
- Proficient using MS Office tools (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel)
