**Responsibilities**
- Planning and implementing step-by-step protocols/checklists for cell culturing, cell manipulation and cell banking processes, including appropriate in-process and quality control criteria
- Thorough documentation of cell-based work according to established protocols/checklists
- Participating in project teams for the development of cell-based bio-assay solutions
- Supporting InSphero laboratory team in maintenance (lab cleaning, equipment monitoring, preparation of reagent aliquots, lab inventory)

**Profile**
- Biology lab technician degree
- Experienced with work under aseptic conditions
- Experienced in working with viral vectors
- Ability to plan and document cell culturing, - manipulation and - banking protocols
- Experienced in working according to standard operating procedures
- High attention to detail
- Resilient and reliable team player but also able to work independently
- Flexible with regards to working hours but no weekend work
- Good communicator and good command of English; German knowledge would be a plus
- Work experience with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Teams)
- Applicants must be either Swiss citizens, EU-nationals or have the legal right to live and work in Switzerland
