**Werde Teil von Axpo als Innovation Praktikant/in und gestalte mit uns eine nachhaltige Zukunft durch innovative Energielösungen.** Unterstütze unser Group Innovation Team bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Innovation Days 2025 - ein zentrales, bereichsübergreifendes Workshop-Event - und sammle praktische Erfahrungen bei der Förderung einer Innovationskultur innerhalb von Axpo.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung bei der Planung der Innovation Days 2025, inklusive Agenda-Design, Logistik für den Veranstaltungsort sowie Koordination von Teilnehmenden, Moderatoren und Referenten.
- Vor-Ort-Betreuung während des Events für eine reibungslose Durchführung und effektives Kommunikationsmanagement.
- Dokumentation der Workshop-Ergebnisse und Koordination von Folgeaktivitäten wie die Kommunikation mit Teilnehmenden und die Definition der nächsten Schritte.
- Unterstützung bei ad-hoc Innovationsaufgaben, z. B. Koordination, Kommunikation und Community-Management, um die Innovationskultur bei Axpo zu stärken.
- Mitarbeit bei Open-Innovation-Kampagnen und bereichsübergreifenden Initiativen nach Bedarf.

**Dein Profil**:

- Du studierst aktuell oder hast kürzlich einen Bachelor-/Masterabschluss in Business Innovation, Digital Business, Entrepreneurship, Design Thinking oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich erworben.
- Vertrautheit mit Prinzipien des Design Thinking und Innovationsmanagements.
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Teams, MS Office Suite, Mural und neuen Tools wie ChatGPT.
- Starke Kommunikations
- und Analysefähigkeiten sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
