**Consultant Support Application Logistique (H/F)**

Pour accompagner notre croissance en Suisse, nous recherchons un/e** consultant/e Support Application Logistique**

**Mission**:

- S’assurer du fonctionnement de la solution LES (Logistic Execution System) pour l’ensemble des utilisateurs.
- Traiter les incidents de niveaux 2 et 3 sur l’utilisation de la solution
- Analyser et faire évoluer les processus métiers existants selon les besoins des utilisateurs.
- Élaborer les plans de test afin de qualifier les fonctions développées.
- Coordonner le déploiement des évolutions fonctionnelles
- Informer et former des utilisateurs.

**Profil**
- Ingénieur HES, EPF ou Technicien(ne) ET/ETS.
- Connaissance applicative fonctionnelle et technique.
- Expérience dans le domaine de la supply chain un atout.
- Parfaite connaissance de la chaine logistique,
- Expérience confirmée d'au moins 5 à 8 années en environnement logistique industrielle.
- Expérience dans les outils et process informatique (ERP, LES, MES).
- Compétences organisationnelles et autonomie.
- Aisance relationnelle, écoute, et communication efficace.
