We value team players, people who are more concerned with what's right, rather than who's right As the Payroll Leader you will be responsible for supervising the process and reporting of RH payrolls in the United Kingdom and European Union. This includes coordinating payroll, data entry, auditing Payroll data entry, coordinating with third party payroll providers, along with providing exceptional customer service to our employees in Europe. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** - Live and breath our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day - Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll data entry and submission to external payroll processing agencies. - Verify and validate results from external payroll processing agencies - Ensure proper reporting of Payroll Taxes, Pension Contributions, & Employee Stock - Serve as technical expert for payroll issues through deep understanding of Payroll Law, Tax Regulations and Accounting Principles - Ability to work independently while setting own pace and priorities to meet processing and reporting deadlines - Ability to multitask in a high paced environment responding both to customer and management needs Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with co-workers and staff members at all levels within RH **OUR REQUIREMENTS** - 10 + years of experience working in payroll or payroll leadership - Strong analytical and reconciliation skills to ensure accurate and timely reporting of payroll information to customers - Thorough understanding of UK and other European country payroll rules, regulations, reporting requirements and taxation - Must be organized and detail oriented and can easily identify with customer needs - Technical Expertise: Proficiency with Dayforce, and Safeguard Global software experience is a plus, and above basic Excel skills is required - Business Intelligence reporting skills a plus - Education/Training: Global Payroll experience, Global Payroll certification is a plus and knowledge of basic accounting principles - Prior experience working for a luxury or retail organization is a plus - Exposure to payroll for a publicly traded company is a plus - Must be fluent in English. Fluency in multiple languages such as French, German, Italian, Dutch or Spanish is a plus.
