Join us As the sparing partner of the business, the Finance Controller for the Customer Service center meets all the requirements of the division in terms of Controlling & reporting and helps understanding the financial consequences of the decision, to support the business. Reporting monthly and quarterly closings, providing timely, accurate, reliable and truthful information. Assuring correctness of bookings and the compliance to local and GF financial standards. Act as a business partner to the local Management Team and propose improvement measures: Sales and Business opportunities; Operational and administrational process improvement initiatives; Create awareness of local business risks and opportunities; Actions or support to monitor the business KPIs Continuous support on projects (logistic or customer services) for finance, tax and legal matters Drive NWC optimisation : Inventory management balancing financial and availability considerations, monitoring or risks; AP-Management (e.g. timing of payments, co-piloting with procurement) Key figures and early indication of deviations to the Local Management Team Budget and forecasts preparation, submission, presentation, and follow-up Preparing and following-up of internal and external audits Coordinate and sparring partner for taxes and legal matters Management and ensuring compliance of local directives, Internal Control System, working instructions and delegation of authority Multi-skilled : accounting and controlling 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in the same role, in a supply chain or logistics area Bachelor / Master or equivalent in Business Administration or Economics Accounting principals (IFRS, local GAAP) Good command of SAP - FI/CO MS Office, including good command of Excel IBM Cognos / TM1 (is a plus) French (fluent), English (fluent) Autonomy, organisation and pro-activity, tight deadlines to be met **Benefits**: Clear vision and purpose "We are a sustainability and innovation leader providing superior customer value" is our vision and this is what guides us.
