You as a talent are needed to rapidly grow our business which started up from three founders with proven track-records in AI consulting and scaled AI implementations.

For our powerful team, we are looking for a Swiss based Data Scientist / ML Engineer / AI Consultant.

**Your mission**
- Add real-world impact by transforming our clients’ data into tangible business value
- Pragmatically design, implement and deploy AI solutions with “best in class” open-source technology to solve pressing business problems
- Act in high-performing, agile delivery teams and take accountability across the full project life cycle, including the delivered quality, the solution design feasibility and business development activities
- Articulate actionable and meaningful outcomes and contribute to the development of new solution, assets and products
- Form trusted relationships with various stakeholders across our clients, delivery teams and partners

**Your profile**
- First experience in Data Science work with a deep understanding of Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision
- Fluency in Python and additional languages such as R, SQL or others
- Familiarity with analytics libraries, visualization tools and Big Data frameworks, e.g. NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hive, Spark
- First experience in architecting and bringing analytics solution into production and scale them afterwards, e.g. based on Azure, AWS and GCP with DevOps, MLOps and DataOps
- Excellent written and oral communication (English and German are a must; preferably also French)
- Remarkable interpersonal skills paired with a relentless eager to learn and grow
- Willingness to travel and available work permit in Switzerland

**Additional preferred qualification**:

- Experience in consulting
- Ready to move out of your comfort zone and to go the extra mile
- Open-minded and with a good sense of humor
