**Your role**
- Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) business in Switzerland. You’ll get to:

- support relationship managers in their day-to-day work, including preparing for client visits or events and executing transactions
- maintain relationships with internal and external clients
- build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Corporate Banking team in the region Ticino / Sopraceneri Switzerland in Bellinzona or Locarno. We are a dynamic, highly motivated team and offer larger, often internationally active companies integrated consulting and service solutions tailored to their individual needs.

**Your expertise**
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
- is fluent in Italian and proficient in English, any additional languages are a plus

Start date: July 1st, 2025

**Your program**
- This paid internship will last six months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
