For the site in Visp we are looking for a Team Lead (M/F/d) for our QA Project Leads, responsible for overseeing manufacturing in Module B of clinical and commercial Drug Substance.

**What you’ll do**:

- Manage a team of QA Operations personnel responsible for overseeing the manufacture of clinical and commercial Drug Substance.
- This role fits within the QA Mammalian team in Module B.
- Coordinate daily tasks for technical transfer and manufacturing, manage customer relationships, Quality Agreement negotiations, Inspections and Quality Events.
- Represent QA in cross site projects, coordination within the Lonza global network.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Academic Degree in Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Life Science or related field.
- Profound experience in cGMP areas in the pharmaceutical industry, i.e. Operations, QC, QA etc.
- Skills: Decision making, Problem Solving, People Management, Excellent Communication.
- Leadership experience, coaching or mentoring.
- Relevant Inspection/Audit experience, or customer interaction.
- Business fluent English is required, German language skills - an advantage
