We are looking for an experienced IAM Service Owner / Project Manager on behalf of our client based in Zurich, Switzerland.

As IAM Service Owner / Project Manager, you take on the central driver role for the multi-year program.

In this role you will be able to demonstrate both your broad expertise and your transformative abilities.

What are you doing

Interface between internal stakeholders (internal IT service providers as well as business areas) and IAM team

Recording and specification of the requirements for the IAM Services together with the stakeholders and with the involvement of the relevant service teams

Recording, definition and evaluation of change requests (Stakeholders) of the stakeholder and initiation of the change process

Presentation and coordination of priorities and implementation plans with the stakeholders

Presentation of the implemented requirements and changes to the stakeholders and accompaniment of the takeover by the stakeholders

Presentation of market facts, goals and vision for the IAM Services to the stakeholders and the IAM team

Contact person for all content and technical questions of the stakeholders

Delivery Guarantee by the IAM Team

Create and maintain IAM backlogs (epics, features and stories) as a basis for delivery by the IAM team

Prioritization of demand, changes, problems and incidents according to the business value for the stakeholders

Communicate the goals, their business value and acceptance criteria to the IAM team (in Grooming Sessions) and document this in the tool (ADO)

Support of the IAM team in content and technical issues

Collection of finished stories and features from the IAM team based on defined acceptance criteria

Taking down the service architecture from the point of view of IAM vision and goals

Ensure that know-how is important for documenting the continuity and further development of services

Project management and controlling

Definition, control and achievement of project objectives for the transformation of IAM Services

Staffing, deployment planning and coordination of internal and external resources Creation, commentary and presentation of reports

Financial control and governance of the IAM project

**Requirements**:
Education and work experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical or economic informatics resp. a close-knit study program or vocational training with relevant professional experience

Many years of experience in stakeholder management and in the preparation of concepts and the recording of requirements

Many years of experience in building services and / or managing complex, crosscutting projects

Successful completion of a complex IAM project is of great benefit

Experience in developing IAM project plans and IAM roadmaps in complex system landscapes are of advantage

Extensive knowledge in the IAM area (Concepts, processes, architectures, tools) and good understanding of risks in the IAM area

Knowledge in the field of data protection and data security Project management and control

Fluent **German and English** in word and writing
