**Overview**:
- Manage and oversee LCX’s new web3 blockchain project MasterDEX-
- Project lead and project management leading the development and marketing team.-
- Lead project planning, resource allocation, and budget management.-
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.-
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the web3 industry.-
- Monitor and analyze the growth results-
- Work closely with the LCX team to ensure that product activities align with company objectives-
- Keep up-to-date with industry news and developments-
- Must have a passion for the job and love watching the crypto markets.-
- Must be available to work at flexibel times.-
- Must be able to spot opportunities and work closely with the team.- Must have a competitive attitude and the eagerness to constantly improve themselves.

**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in cryptocurrency industry-
- Strong understanding of web3, defi and blockchain-
- Having a Business or Master’s degree in Marketing, Finance or Economics-
- You always want to follow the market developments, Ability to spot opportunities and capitalize on them 24/7-
- Teamplayer with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills-
- Perfect in English. Fluent communication skills in German is a plus.- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
