**Your Responsibilities**:

- Modern CRM systems are designed to enable sales and consulting staff to deliver seamless interaction experiences from initial contact to contract closure. During the implementation change management, a simple, effective and efficient training concept is required to ensure the and efficient training concept is required to achieve the highest possible user acceptance. Therefore, the following aspects should be covered:

- Analyze the capabilities of at least two vendors of training systems for Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Comparison of advantages and disadvantages of the training systems in comparison with the integrated help system of Microsoft
- Developing a training concept for an example company in the insurance industry economy
- Exemplary implementation of the training concept and training system for an existing Dynamics CRM solution in the insurance industry

**Your Qualifications**:

- Study with IT reference
- CRM knowledge from your studies or practical experience
- Programming skills
- Interest in cloud technologies
- Analytical skills
- Independent & self-responsible way of working
