Join our EMEA LEAD - **L**earn, **E**volve, **A**pply, **D**evelop - internship program, that aims to support students develop and thrive in the agricultural sector during a 6 months internship.
The program targets undergraduate students in countries within the region. During this internship you will be provided with a unique opportunity to learn, share your ideas and
build a network.
This internship is designed to help you develop the necessary skills to ultimately LEAD with confidence and make an impact.
We currently have an opportunity for a student starting as of January 2026 in our Geneva EMEA HQ. As our Sustainability/Stewardship intern, you will support the regional team on various projects to enhance sustainability and stewardship in the region.
**Your main responsibilities will be to**:
- Stewardship through farmer engagement and training initiatives by:
- Assist in developing communication and training material to support the engagement with customers (including brochures, PowerPoints)
- Coordinate collection of farmer engagement, activities and training in the countries
- Support launch plans across the portfolio
- Sustainability through ESG compliance
- Coordinate collection of country activities - innovation, environmental and social impacts
- Research on ESG/CSR complaint regulations
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
**Your Profile**:
You should be enrolled within sustainability, business/economic, sciences, communications, or other sustainability-related fields.
- Have a key interest into Sustainability
- Familiarity with ESG and sustainability concepts
- Familiarity with Agriculture and food value chain
- Proficient in English language skills
- Ability to multi-task and open to adapting responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- A team player, curious and eager to learn
