Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.

Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.

The new team has two locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of chassis and race operations. The planned takeover by AUDI AG turns two teams into a factory team - and you can be part of it.

What you need? The mindset of an athlete. If you are someone for whom giving up isn’t an option and limits are just something to be overcome, you can bring _Vorsprung durch Technik_ to Formula 1 with us. Become part of this unique project and make motorsport history.

We are looking for someone who will support the team by gathering critical inputs from various departments, running simulations, and proactively suggesting improvements to tools and processes, while contributing fresh ideas and growing alongside the team.

This is a 13 month internship starting in September.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).

**Your mission**:

- Creation and maintenance of electrical standard parts in the CAD library
- Update electrical components to the latest standards
- Tracking the mass of components
- Creating electrical assemblies as produced in the electronic workshop
- Support design tasks for the full-scale F1 car in our Hinwil headquarters

**Your profile**:

- Enrolled in an Engineer Master’s program, preferably studying Mechanical Design
- Good knowledge of Catia V5/V6 and/or 3DExperience
- Motivated individual with attention to detail
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Independent and precise way of working even under time pressure, stress tolerant and persevering
- A committed team player, flexible and innovative
- Full professional proficiency in English or German and a willingness to learn a basic level in the corresponding other language are prerequisites
