Tasks

Would you like to support our successful operations team with your Swiss HR administrative knowledge? Are you thinking of shifting to a flexible work environment while having a permanent role?

**Interesting Challenges Ahead Of You**:

- Oversee and execute administrative tasks, such as payrolls, insurance updates, tax-at-source reviews, contract creation and employee benefits distribution
- Direct contact with our team members to answer any HR admin and employment-related questions/concerns
- Monitor employee well-being and career planning as well as ensure a smooth employee experience by organizing, distributing and analyzing surveys

**Requirements**:

- You\'re a service-oriented person with a human-centered mindset, German and English skills at an advanced level
- You possess knowledge of Swiss employment regulations, social security and the pension system
- You have a good understanding of payroll, employment and immigration laws
