Finance Director

**Overview**:
As the Finance Director at Kainjoo Consulting Group, you will oversee all the company’s financial aspects. In addition, you will provide financial guidance, develop financial strategies, and manage a team of financial professionals to ensure the company’s economic success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
- Manage the company’s budget, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting financial performance to senior management.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and other financial reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in a financial management position.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing financial teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make strategic decisions based on financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience with financial software and systems like Xero, Google Workspace, and Mavenlink.
