Stellenbeschreibung

Für unsere langfristige Weiterentwicklung im Intermediär-Geschäft übernehmen Sie in der Funktion als **Regulatory Affairs & Quality Manager Intermediary Business** (w/m/d) folgende Aufgaben:

- Due Diligence Prüfungen beim Onboarding von Finanzintermediären
- Durchführung von Qualitätschecks durch regelmässige Reviews der Finanzintermediäre
- Datenauswertung & Weiterentwicklung unserer datengestützten Risikoüberwachungs-Standards (MS Excel, Power BI)
- Monitoring regulatorische und aufsichtsrechtliche Entwicklungen im Intermediärgeschäft
- Qualitätssicherung von Intermediär
- und Kundenstammdaten
- Vertretung des Geschäftsbereichs Intermediaries in Projekten (IT, Marktentwicklung, Angebotserweiterung, Prozesse)
- Direkte Kommunikation mit Kundenberatern, Management und Finanzintermediären
- Erstellung von Präsentationen, Verfassen von Projektdokumenten, Aufarbeitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen
- Stellvertretung des Head Regulatory Affairs & Quality Management

Unsere Anforderungen

Für diese abwechslungsreiche und spannende Position wenden wir uns an eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit folgendem Profil:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/FH) mit betriebswirtschaftlicher oder juristischer Vertiefung
- Berufserfahrung im Bankgeschäft (insb. Bereiche Vermögensverwalter, Treuhänder, Private Banking)
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in der First Line of Defence (Business Risk Management) von Vorteil
- Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kenntnisse von MS-Office auf Expertenniveau (insbesondere Excel)
- Kunden
- und Lösungsorientierung mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit sowie ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
