If so, then a **Human Resources Generalist** role with us might be what you’re looking for. As part of our HR team, you’ll be part of a team of experts who support the business in doing what they do best - providing technology at the forefront of the healthcare industry.

**Your days will be filled with**
- Drive and support the implementation of HR projects and processes
- Delivering of various tasks in respect of the employee life cycle, e.g. recruitment activities (e.g. coordination of job posting, resume review, interview process, offer creation), onboarding process, salary adjustments, bonus calculation, creation of employment contracts, interpretation of the labor law and administering of those with the guidance of the regional HR Manager and the global HR processes
- Handling of day-to-day administrative work such as maintenance of personal records, ensuring data compliance, preparation and execution of all payroll related matters for the whole DACH (Germany, Austria & Switzerland) region
- Play active part in employee engagement, and in creating a positive work environment
- Communication with other employees and support on various HR related matters

**We expect from you to bring**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in an international environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equal proven competence in Human Resources
- Fluency in German and English is a must
- Strong understanding of the local employment law (Germany and Switzerland) including social security
- Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office based programs, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to balance conflicting priorities, ensuring the completion of essential projects and meeting all deadlines
- Ability to understand business challenges and to set priorities
- Pro-active, result oriented personality with focus on details and with can-do follow-through mind set
