Für unseren Kunden aus der Finanzbranche in Zürich, suchen wir eine: n erfahrene: n und aufgeschlossene: n Expert Data Scientist - GenAI Plattform.
Im Rahmen eines mehrjährigen Projekts gestalten Sie die Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer GenAI-Plattform und treiben die Realisierung praxisnaher GenAI Use Cases voran.
**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Entwurf und Konzeption von GenAI-Lösungen (inkl. RAG und Agents) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Data Engineers und Fachexperten
- Definition von Anforderungen gemeinsam mit Geschäftspartnern sowie Festlegung messbarer Leistungskennzahlen zur Bewertung des Business Case
- Entwicklung erster Prototypen und Unterstützung bei der Integration von GenAI-Anwendungsfällen in die Plattform unter Berücksichtigung von Compliance-Vorgaben
- Analyse komplexer Datensätze und Sicherstellung, dass KI-Lösungen den geschäftlichen Anforderungen, operativen Bedingungen und regulatorischen Richtlinien entsprechen
- Übersetzung von Business-Logiken in technische Spezifikationen sowie Abstimmung im interdisziplinären Team zur Maximierung des Geschäftsnutzens

**Ihr Profil**:

- 8-12 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Data Scientist mit Schwerpunkt auf NLP, generativen Modellen und ML-Frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in GenAI-Technologien (RAG, Agents) sowie Erfahrung in der Optimierung von Anwendungsfällen
- Tiefes Verständnis bankenspezifischer Prozesse und regulatorischer Anforderungen im Kontext von Daten und Modellierungen
- Expertise in MLOps inkl. Automatisierung von Trainings
- und Deployment-Prozessen mit Tools wie MLflow, Kubeflow oder Azure ML
- Sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse in Python und sicherer Umgang mit Versionskontrolle
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, um komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen und praxisnahe Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Fliessende Englischkenntnisse C1-C2 und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse B2
