Für unsere Large Scale Drug Substance Produktion im BioAtrium (Mammalian Large Scale, Stainless Steel) in Visp suchen wir einen Reinigungsexperten für Biotech Anlagen.

Als **Reinigungsexperte** Produktionsanlagen / Cleaning Expert (m/w/d)** fungieren Sie als Schnittstelle zwischen MSAT und QA Cleaning Experts. Sie vertreten die Interessen und Verantwortlichkeiten der Produktion in allen reinigungsbezogenen Themen. Sie erarbeiten Vorgaben für die Produktion und sind verantwortlich für das Erstellen, Optimieren und Überprüfen der Dokumentation (Pronas).

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Aufsetzen und Standardisierung der Reinigungsplans für die Anlagen im Reinraum
- Analyse und Anpassung der Reinigungsrezepte
- Abweichungs
- und CAPA Management
- Training der Reinraummitarbeiter in allen reinigungsbezogenen Themen
- Klassifizierung und Festlegung der visuellen Inspektionen
- Koordinierung des Troubleshootings während Produktionskampagne
- Teilnahme in Kunden
- und Behördenaudits, Vertretung der Reinigungsthemen

**Ihr Anforderungsprofil**:

- Ausbildung als Chemie
- und Pharmatechnologe o.ä. mit Erfahrung in der chemischen oder pharmazeutischen Produktion oder Bachelor Biotechnologie / Biologie / Biochemie oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrung mit biopharmazeutischen Produktionsanlagen von Vortail
- Englisch sehr gut (Dokumentation in Englisch), Deutsch gute Kenntnisse
- Selbständiges Arbeiten
- Proaktive und klare Kommunikation
