Due to exiting initiatives to strengthen the European organization even further, we are looking to hire a skilled D365 FO Functional Consultant, who wants to join an amazing company and support our growth and scale-up ambitions.

**Microsoft D365 FO Functional Consultant**:
**YOUR PERSONALITY** Are you an ambitious and experienced specialist (German speaking), who is passionate about creating complex and future-proofed ERP-solutions based on D365 FO, and want to provide clients with value adding consulting of very high quality? -if so, we offer you the chance to be a part of a strong family, where more than 650 skilled colleagues are waiting to welcome you to a culture with focus on ERP and CRM. As a person you are service minded and have a solid business acumen. You have a sharp eye for details and know the value of clear and effective communication and prioritizing. As our client is an international consultancy it´s required, that you have excellent communication skills and are fluent in German and English. The position will be based in Zurich, but with an option to work in a flexible hybrid set-up.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** Design functional business processes and solution architecture. Establish overview of requirements defined by the customer. Optimize business processes and perform testing and reporting. Facilitate workshops with clients to analyze and design solutions. Collaborate with developers to ensure that client needs are met. Document, propose and discuss architecture and solutions options. Consider customer business strategies, requirements and challenges. Keep up your skills and focus on relevant industry trends.
