**Education, Experience & Skills Requirements**:
- At least 5-7 years in a similar position with demonstrable contributions.
- Proven experience in recruiting Pharmaceutical / Biotech specific roles.
- Experience in setting up an HR OPS structure.
- Hands-on as this is a one-person team with close collaboration with our US HR OPS organization.
- Fluent (Speaking & writing) in English. Any other EU languages are a plus.
