**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Vous fournissez un conseil de qualité à la clientèle retail dans la gamme de produits de base et sur les produits d'investissement (Compte 3a, Cleverinvest, Execution Only)
- Vous développez la clientèle existante grâce à des campagnes de ventes standardisées et ciblées (cross selling)
- Vous assurez le suivi et la bonne exécution des opérations courantes des clients (couverture des débits, virements, transactions titres) afin de leur offrir un service de qualité dans les délais impartis
- Vous offrez une prise en charge de base pour les paiements, CleverCircles, eLounge et les canaux électroniques
- Vous vous assurez du respect des procédures internes afin de répondre aux exigences réglementaires et de conformité, et contribuer ainsi à la bonne réputation de la Banque.

Le lieu de travail est Lausanne.

**Anforderungen**:
Vous êtes au bénéfice d'une formation bancaire, idéalement avec une formation continue dans le domaine bancaire ou financier et justifiez de quelques années d'expérience professionnelle dans le service à la clientèle. Vous êtes une personne positive et communicative qui accorde beaucoup d'importance au travail en équipe et qui apprécie les contacts avec notre clientèle. Vous faites preuve d'engagement, d'initiative, de discrétion et avez l'habitude de travailler de manière rigoureuse, autonome et rapide. De langue maternelle française, vous disposez de bonnes connaissances en anglais et en allemand.
