**Position Description**:
Data Analytics and Digital Acceleration is a newly formed team that will lead the transformation of Consumer Health towards a data and digital first culture with the deployment of rapid, high value end-to-end (E2E) data products and solutions. This team will be responsible for targeted E2E Data and Digital outcomes that require a cross-functional focus to unlock our growth strategy leveraging Data Science/AI and Intelligent Automation. The team is business-led, technology enabled and will have responsibility to enable achievement of the J&J Consumer Health 3-year strategic growth objectives viz. Net Trade Sales Acceleration, Gross Profit Optimization, and Free Cash flow optimization. One of the key focus areas for this team will be to address foundational data improvement in partnership with functions & regions, build Data 360 products, and set standards & policies across the enterprise. We are recruiting for a Master Data Management (MDM) Expert to join our Data Analytics and Digital Acceleration team and help us push forward our data and digital-first vision This position may be based in Skillman, NJ or New Brunswick, NJ and open to consideration of talent at any major J&J Consumer Health Office location globally (as well as Remote).

As a trusted leader in the Data Analytics and Digital Acceleration Team, this role will be uniquely positioned to work collaboratively with strategic external partners, global leaders, and executives across the business and technology to passionately understand our data needs, operationalize our global Data Governance and Management approach to drive data excellence across all functions and regions and enable outcomes that matter in our local markets.

As a strategic problem solver, technologist, and an expert in designing and building data products, this role will empower our technology and business partners through the management and delivery of high-value data products and that will be foundational in achieving our digital-first ambitions.

**Responsibilities**:
Will work design and define a comprehensive approach to MDM and lead a team of Data Quality Analysts to develop:

- Enterprise strategy for Master Data Management and Data Catalog: Define Master and reference data governance processes, framework components, and operationalize the enterprise strategy for MDM and Data Catalog. Define common processes and standards to be adopted across the organization
- End-to-end Data Governance and standards: Ensure end-to-end data governance processes & standards are developed and provide support across cross-functional use cases, in collaboration with regional and functional teams to ensure that the governance objectives, frameworks, and processes are well understood and meets business needs and regulatory / privacy requirements
- Key Data Element (KDEs) accountability: Identify and gain alignment on the KDEs that need to be governed globally, and ensure compliance with data related policies, standards, and requirements
- Data Quality for KDEs: Define policies and process for continuously monitoring & reporting governance metrics, data quality indices (DQI) for the KDEs, whilst driving data accountability, standards adoption & data maturity globally

**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:

- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Management, Business, or a similar field.
- 15+ years in Master Data Man
