**Our **Enterprise Data & Analytics **team in Switzerland is looking for a **Senior Manager or Director **to join one of our offices (Zurich, Lausanne, Geneve).

**As a Lead Enterprise Data & Analytics in Invent Switzerland, you will help our clients in defining and implementing data strategies, developing data-driven solutions (such as exploiting opportunities with Generative AI) and business models, as well as leveraging digital technologies to address ever increasing market and regulatory requirements.**

**The focus of your role will be partnering with our clients to leverage the power of data & analytics efficiently and successfully along their value chains to identify new revenue streams, optimize processes, and drive performance improvements.**

**You’ll enjoy a variety of responsibilities including**:

- **Delivery for clients: You’ll be growing and leading the Enterprise Data & Analytics team to partner with clients in defining their data strategies and driving innovations by becoming data-driven companies. You will work at the intersection of strategy, business, data, and IT to develop data-driven operating models that fuel innovation and accelerate our clients towards becoming truly data-driven companies in their business models and along their value chains. This requires you to understand the industry and business model of your clients to identify new ways of generating value from data, provide advice on what technology products enable them to become data-driven, and manage data as an asset across the organization**:

**Your qualifications**:

- **Academic excellence**: academic background with a focus on business, engineering or information technology**:

- **Industry knowledge and c **onsulting experience**: 10+ years of experience in a management consulting environment with a focus on data management and/or digital change; combined with a strong footprint in one of the following industries: Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Manufacturing & Consumer Products**:

- **Conceptual talent**: you excel at blending technological insights with strategic analysis and practical implementation, demonstrating a unique ability to think both conceptually and analytically. As a proactive team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, you consistently deliver high-quality results. Additionally, you are adept at anticipating and adapting to changing tasks, locations, and priorities. Your strong listening skills and clear communication enable you to navigate complex issues and effectively understand client needs.**:
