Barista & Host As Part of The Founding Team

We are looking for an open-minded person from November 2024 who will help us shape the history of the Novu Campus. The Novu Campus is a joint project with 4,000m2 of coworking, meeting and community space. In the meantime, we are already opening the Novu Campus Coffee Bar from November 2024 in the Circle at the airport right next to the Novu Campus, which will open its doors in spring 2025.

We offer you the opportunity to become part of our founding team Do you enjoy being a host and are you passionate about coffee? The coffee bar is your home and you enjoy working in a team? Are you willing to help build up the Novu Campus in other fields too? Do you have creative ideas and want to be part of a new project?
Join us in creating a place where guests can feel comfortable and enjoy a good cup of coffee. Our Coffee Bar is initially open from Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 14:30.
Qualifikation
What do you bring to the team?
You have barista skills, gastro experience and are also enthusiastic about other activities. Your creativity and self-initiative help you to drive projects forward more quickly. You speak German and English very well and have a confident manner. You are also an open and communicative person with drive and a sense of humor. Then we would like to get to know you.
