Marketing Intern Iron

We are currently seeking an Intern dedicated to ensuring the achievement of agreed project deliverables and milestones under the leadership of the CSL Vifor Global Brand Team (GBT) Lead (Iron Portfolio), based at our global headquarters in Zurich.
In conjunction with the GBT Lead, your responsibility will be to ensure project deliverables and achievements are met according to plan by focusing on marketing & operational excellence, project management, communication and collaboration.
**Key tasks and responsibilities**
Marketing tasks for the Iron Portfolio campaigns
- Support the development and roll-out of all global campaign materials
- Support the coordination of global omnichannel campaigns, including content creation, digital marketing, and performance tracking (in close collaboration with omnichannel & priority country teams)
- Support coordination of priority congress activities, global brand events, workshops, and training sessions for affiliates (where applicable)
- Track and report KPIs to deliver on the plan and increase marketing effectiveness
Project management tasks for the Iron Portfolio campaigns
- Track activities and deliverables against agreed plans, identify and resolve issues (escalate where needed)
- Report project status to respective project team members in a timely manner
- Ensure operational excellence on project schedule and to quality standards
- Coordinate and organize meetings for internal and external stakeholders, such as agencies
**Requirements**:
- Educational background in business and/or science (university degree or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to work without routine supervision to deliver key results
- Successful cross-functional and intercultural working; team player
- Fluency or very high proficiency in English, in both oral and written communications
- IT: Microsoft Office package
- 1+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry in an international environment, preferably in omnichannel digital marketing
- Additional languages are a plus
You are self-motivated can work independently, someone who is highly engaged, proactive, result and solution oriented. You are a strong team player bringing good communication, planning, and coordinating skills. A good understanding of a matrix organizational structure would be beneficial.
