YOUR CHALLENGE:

- Manage all Spare Part Areas for CTO and B2B
- Define optimal and safe stock targets
- Active Stakeholder Management with BUs on Spare Part needs
- Review and optimize all flows and processes related to Spare Parts including RMAs and RMA related tools
- Coordinate with Sustainability Manager on obsolete stock to respect Sustainability guidelines
- Define KPIs for Spare Part Management
- Enable Feedback cycles with related BUs including surveys on performance and quality

YOUR SKILLS:

- Minimum 5+ years experience
- Sound knowledge of Spare Part Portfolio and Spare Part Management
- Strong Change Management skills
- Pro Active and self managed working discipline
- Ability to understand complex Business Flows
- Sound understanding of data processing
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
